Know before you serve: Dress is all black with an ORANGE accent (tie, bow tie, scarf, or pocket square). Food must arrive fully cooked, hot, covered in foil, in large full-size aluminum pans. The host's hard deadline for all volunteers and food is 10:00 AM.
One person can sign up a whole group. Whoever submits this form is PIK's point of contact for everyone listed, so use your own name and phone as the contact, and list the others in the box below.

Volunteer Agreement, Photo Release & Kindness Code

Kindness Code. I will put dignity first and treat every guest with respect, protect guest privacy, follow safety instructions from PIK and the host, keep a positive presence, and leave every person and space better than I found them.

Guest privacy. I will not photograph, film, or share stories or personal information about guests without their permission and PIK/host approval, and I will follow the host's media rules.

Assumption of risk. I understand volunteering may involve lifting, carrying, standing, handling hot food, and interacting with people experiencing homelessness. I voluntarily assume the risks of my participation.

Release. To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, I release Postured In Kindness and its officers, directors, volunteers, and agents from claims arising from my volunteer participation, including travel to and from the event.

Food safety. If I bring food, it is fully cooked, kept hot, covered in foil, and prepared in a clean kitchen.

Photo and video release. I allow PIK to use photos and video of me from this event on its website, social media, impact report, and grant materials. I may opt out by checking the box below.
