Volunteer Waiver & Photo Release

I voluntarily agree to participate in activities and events organized by Postured In Kindness. I understand that volunteering may involve physical activity and I accept full responsibility for my participation.

I release Postured In Kindness, its officers, board members, and volunteers from any liability for injury, loss, or damage that may occur during volunteer activities, except in cases of gross negligence.

Photo & Video Release: I give Postured In Kindness permission to photograph or video record me during events and to use those images for nonprofit purposes including social media, website, and outreach materials.

Your information is collected solely to keep you safe and to contact you about volunteer opportunities. It is never sold or shared with third parties.
